            <description><![CDATA[Current MLL Boston Cannon and NLL Philadelphia Wing player John Christmas founded 141lacrosse a lacrosse training company based in the Philadelphia area. He now works for Maverik Lacrosse as a sales rep in the Pennsylvania area. In 2006 John was selected to the MLL All-Star Team and was named the MLL Most Improved Player.&nbsp; He finished the season second on the Cannons in points, third in goals and second in assists. In 2007 Christmas finished top 10 in the league in scoring.Before his professional career, John enjoyed a highly successful collegiate career at the University of Virginia.&nbsp; As a four year letterman for the Cavaliers, John started each of his four seasons and was named the National Rookie of the Year by Inside Lacrosse his freshman year, while twice being honored as an All-American and All-ACC Performer.&nbsp; He led the team to the NCAA Championship in 2003A Philadelphia native, John was a heralded high school player and continues to be the Pennsylvania state all-time leading scorer.&nbsp; He was also the first player in Pennsylvania history to be named a three-time All-American and competed in the US Lacrosse High School All-Star Game.You can learn more about John&nbsp;at http://www.141lacrosse.com/2007/index.html  ]]></description>

            <title>Ryland Huyghue</title>

From the age of seven, he has been a star athlete and dedicated to the sport of lacrosse. Ryland is the CEO and co founding member of the International Diversity Lacrosse Council.&nbsp;
The first All American to come out of his high School Paul D. Schreiber Port Washington Long Island New York, Ryland was the first African American to reach first team All American Status to come out of Long Island.&nbsp; Since 1982, Ryland spearheaded the development of lacrosse in California. As a five-time MVP player of Orange County Lacrosse Club, Ryland teams won four state club championships and for fourteen straight years he was an all-star club lacrosse player. He was elected as the president of the California Lacrosse Association for twelve years, president of the Malibu Lacrosse Club for thirteen years and he is currently the head lacrosse coach for Santa Monica Vikings High School Lacrosse Team.&nbsp; In his first season, Huyghue&rsquo;s team is currently ranked 4th in the state and headed for a State Championship.&nbsp; Previous to that, he was head coach at University Irvine for two years.&nbsp; Before leaving Cal State Fullerton, where in one season he took the team from losing every game the previous season to a much improved above 500% winning season.&nbsp; In the Third year with Cal State Fullerton, Hughue lead the Titans to the South Western Lacrosse Conference Championship.&nbsp; Becoming the first African American to win a colligate Lacrosse championship in the history of the sport. The next step was the MCLA National Championships where his team made it to the quarter finals.&nbsp; All of this, while producing, five All Americans, three of which were Academic All Americans.&nbsp; He has also coached UCLA, USC, and Occidental college.
Maybe Ryland&rsquo;s most amazing achievement was his involvement in re-instating exhibition lacrosse in the 1984 Olympics. With numerous meetings with Peter Uberoff and the Olympic Committees he helped pull off what many thought would never happen and made the Jim Thorpe Memorial Pow Wow &amp; World Games a huge success.&rdquo;by inviting the Native American Iraque indians to thier first ever worrld Lacrosse tournament.&rdquo;  &ldquo;Ryland leadership skills, winning attitude and his dedication to giving back to the community are a major asset for International Diversity Lacrosse Council.&rdquo; We are also very pleased that he shares our dedication to helping kids learn a great sport that builds good health and character. All his adult life, Ryland has been a youth coach for basketball, football, and lacrosse.&rdquo;  &nbsp;&ldquo;There is no doubt that Ryland Huyghue is the right person to make International Diversity Lacrosse Council a success.&rdquo;

William Andrew Pannell
One of the founders of the International Diversity lacrosse Council in July of 2007, has the role of Vice President, Pannell was raised in Great Neck, NY.
He played lacrosse for the Police Boys Club of Manhasset at the age of 6, he went on to play for Manhasset high school for Hall of Fame coaches Alan Lowe and Bob Rule as a attackman helping Manhasset to 3 conference titles and a Nassau County semi-final. 
He&nbsp;went to Tennessee State Univ. on a football scholarship were&nbsp;he was the freshman of the year.&nbsp;Drew played club lacrosse at Vanderbilt university were he was a&nbsp;two time club All-American and player of the year.&nbsp;He played for&nbsp;several club lacrosse teams
Drew started coaching lacrosse at Hempstead high school for 3 years, from there going on to Dominican College from there to University of Detroit Mercy as the Head Lacrosse Recruiter, now the&nbsp;second assistant coach at Bellarmine University
Mr. Pannell is&nbsp;a&nbsp;consultant for Scorpion-Lacrosse and 1 lacrosse company helping these companies help young lacrosse players acrosse the world.
Mr. Pannell is the new Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Globe Institute of Technology.&nbsp; Noted, he is the first African American Jr. College Head Lacrosse Coach&nbsp;in the history of the sport.&nbsp; 
William Andrew Pannell lives in Bronx, NY&nbsp;and has&nbsp;four boys Shaun 19 Onondaga C.C. , Corey 15, Lausanne Collegiate School, William 11 and Brandon 10. One daughter, Ariel 18 attending Winston Salem State University all active lacrosse players.&nbsp; We look forward to Mr. Pannell being a major contributor to the International Diversity Lacrosse Council.

            <description><![CDATA[Scott McKenzie (50) joined the International Diverse Lacrosse Commission in 2007 as the Director of Operations to provide the management team with internal direction for expanding the organization. McKenzie who was raised in both the Philadelphia and Boston areas is the founder of both the Rusty Bones Lacrosse Club of New Hampshire and Olde New England Lacrosse League (ONELL).&nbsp;He played lacrosse in high school where he was the team captain in his senior year, college as midfielder, various club teams at attack and during the summer he plays attack for the Rusty Bones team in the ONELL Over-40 division.&nbsp; Additionally, he coaches an indoor lacrosse team in the winter and is a US lacrosse certified youth official in the spring.&nbsp;McKenzie earned a B.S. in Business and Communications from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.&nbsp; Currently, he owns his own internet based product brokerage business.&nbsp; His favorite quote is by Jonathan Swift, &ldquo;Vision is the art of seeing things invisible.&rdquo;&nbsp;Scott McKenzie lives in Nashua, New Hampshire with his with wife, Susan. They have a son, Alexander and daughter, Caroline; both are active lacrosse players. ]]></description>
