William Andrew Pannell

One of the founders of the International Diversity lacrosse Council in July of 2007, has the role of Vice President, Pannell was raised in Great Neck, NY.

He played lacrosse for the Police Boys Club of Manhasset at the age of 6, he went on to play for Manhasset high school for Hall of Fame coaches Alan Lowe and Bob Rule as a attackman helping Manhasset to 3 conference titles and a Nassau County semi-final.

He went to Tennessee State Univ. on a football scholarship were he was the freshman of the year. Drew played club lacrosse at Vanderbilt university were he was a two time club All-American and player of the year. He played for several club lacrosse teams

Drew started coaching lacrosse at Hempstead high school for 3 years, from there going on to Dominican College from there to University of Detroit Mercy as the Head Lacrosse Recruiter, now the second assistant coach at Bellarmine University

Mr. Pannell is a consultant for Scorpion-Lacrosse and 1 lacrosse company helping these companies help young lacrosse players acrosse the world.

Mr. Pannell is the new Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at
Globe Institute of Technology.  Noted, he is the first African American Jr. College Head Lacrosse Coach
 in the history of the sport. 

William Andrew Pannell lives in Bronx, NY and has four boys Shaun 19 Onondaga C.C. , Corey 15, Lausanne Collegiate School, William 11 and Brandon 10. One daughter, Ariel 18 attending Winston Salem State University all active lacrosse players.  We look forward to Mr. Pannell being a major contributor to the International Diversity Lacrosse Council.
